Welcome to the Caster community. Caster is a platform where creators connect with their audiences through live streaming, short videos, photos, and authentic self-expression. Our mission is to empower creators, foster meaningful communities, and provide a platform where every member can be seen, heard, and valued.

To maintain a safe, respectful, and enjoyable environment for everyone, all users must follow these Community Guidelines, as well as our Terms of Service and other platform policies. These guidelines are based on four core principles:

• Respect – Treat others with dignity and courtesy.
• Safety – Protect users from harm, exploitation, and abuse.
• Privacy – Respect the personal information and consent of others.
• Legality – Follow all applicable laws and regulations.

Violation of these guidelines may result in content removal, account restrictions, suspension, or permanent account termination.

Users may not:

• Harass, threaten, intimidate, bully, or stalk others.
• Encourage violence or harm against individuals or groups.
• Use hate speech or discriminatory language.
• Target individuals based on race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, age, or other protected characteristics.
• Engage in predatory behavior or repeated unwanted harassment.

Users may not:

• Upload content featuring individuals without their consent when consent is reasonably expected.
• Share confidential, private, or personal information about another person without permission.
• Impersonate another individual, creator, brand, organization, or public figure.
• Misrepresent affiliations, endorsements, or identities.

Content that violates privacy or consent may be removed immediately.

Prohibited content includes (but is not limited to):

• Exposed genitalia.
• Fully exposed buttocks.
• Graphic or simulated sexual activity.
• Pornographic content.
• Sexually explicit images or videos.
• Sex toys displayed or used in a sexual manner.
• Content primarily intended for sexual gratification.
• Requests, solicitation, or promotion of sexual services.

Content may be fashionable, artistic, suggestive, or expressive, provided it remains within acceptable community standards and does not cross into explicit sexual content.

Caster has zero tolerance for content that exploits, endangers, or sexualizes minors.

Users may not:

• Post sexual or suggestive content involving minors.
• Engage in inappropriate interactions with minors.
• Promote, encourage, or facilitate child exploitation.
• Share content that endangers the safety or wellbeing of minors.

Any violation involving minors may result in immediate permanent account termination and reporting to appropriate authorities.

Caster may not be used to promote, facilitate, or engage in illegal activity.

Prohibited content includes:

• Escorting, prostitution, or paid sexual services.
• Drug sales, promotion of illegal drug use, or drug paraphernalia.
• Human trafficking or exploitation.
• Illegal gambling or gambling promotion.
• Fraud, scams, or deceptive practices.
• Sale of stolen goods.
• Promotion of criminal activity.
• Instructions for committing crimes.

Dangerous activities are also prohibited, including:

• Dangerous challenges, dares, or stunts.
• Activities likely to result in serious injury.
• Promotion or encouragement of self-harm.
• Eating disorder challenges, games, or encouragement.
• Consumption of dangerous or harmful substances.
• Unsafe use of weapons, vehicles, tools, or hazardous materials.

You must be at least 18 years old to create a Caster account or appear as a creator on Caster.

Accounts determined to belong to individuals under 18 years of age may be permanently removed.

Respect the intellectual property rights of others.

Users may not:

• Upload copyrighted content without permission.
• Use copyrighted music, videos, images, or trademarks without authorization.
• Claim ownership of content created by others.
• Repeatedly post infringing content.

Caster reserves the right to remove infringing content and terminate repeat offenders.

Caster is a platform for real people.

Creators may not:

• Create accounts representing AI-generated people.
• Use synthetic faces or bodies in place of a real person.
• Use AI-generated avatars as the primary identity of an account.
• Use AI to impersonate another person.
• Use manipulated media to deceive users regarding identity.

AI tools may be used for editing, captions, translations, visual effects, or productivity purposes, provided they do not misrepresent the identity of the creator.

Users may not engage in spam or activities that disrupt the platform.

Prohibited activities include:

• Spam messages or repetitive posting.
• Unsolicited commercial promotions.
• Pyramid schemes or multi-level marketing scams.
• Phishing attempts.
• Malware, viruses, or malicious code.
• Artificial engagement manipulation.
• Unauthorized bots or automated accounts.

Users may not:

• Access another user's account without authorization.
• Attempt to bypass security measures.
• Reverse engineer the platform.
• Scrape platform data without permission.
• Use automated systems that interfere with platform operations.
• Develop unauthorized applications that interact with Caster services.

Creators are responsible for maintaining a safe and respectful environment within their broadcasts.

Creators must:

• Moderate their livestreams and comments.
• Remove inappropriate participants when necessary.
• Ensure guests and co-hosts follow these guidelines.
• Take reasonable action when violations occur during their broadcasts.

Creators may be held responsible for repeated or severe violations occurring within their livestreams when they knowingly allow such conduct.

Caster relies on community members to help maintain a safe platform.

If you encounter content that violates these guidelines:

1. Open the menu on the post, profile, comment, or livestream.
2. Select Report.
3. Provide as much detail as possible.
4. Include supporting evidence when available.

Reports are reviewed by our moderation team. Reporting users remain confidential whenever possible.

Knowingly submitting false reports or retaliating against users who report violations may itself be considered a violation of these guidelines.

Caster may take action against accounts or content that violate these guidelines. Enforcement may include:

• Content removal.
• Warnings.
• Feature restrictions.
• Temporary suspension.
• Removal of livestream privileges.
• Permanent account termination.
• Device bans.

Serious violations involving child safety, criminal activity, exploitation, severe harassment, non-consensual intimate content, fraud, or repeated violations may result in immediate permanent account termination without prior warning.

If you believe moderation action was taken in error, you may submit an appeal through the platform. Appeals should include any information that may help us review the decision fairly and accurately.

Caster strives to maintain a platform where creators and fans can connect, entertain, and build communities in a safe and respectful environment. We reserve the right to remove content or restrict access to the platform whenever necessary to protect users, preserve platform integrity, and comply with legal obligations.
